By accessing or using the Green India Portal (GIP), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the GIP.


2. User Registration

To access specific features of the GIP, users, including Training Partners, Assessment Agencies, Trainers, and Assessors, may be required to register for an account. Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.


3. Code of Conduct

Users of the GIP agree to adhere to the following code of conduct.

  • Respect: Treat all users with respect and courtesy.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Integrity: Act with integrity, honesty, and transparency in all interactions.
  • Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of information shared on the platform.

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

Each user type (Training Partners, Assessment Agencies, Trainers, Assessors) has specific roles and responsibilities outlined within the platform. Users agree to fulfil these roles responsibly.


5. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Collection of Information: The Green India Portal (GIP) collects and processes personal information to facilitate the operational challenges of Training Partners, Assessment Agencies, Trainers, and Assessors within the Skill India ecosystem. This may include, but is not limited to, names, contact details, professional qualifications, and performance records.
  • Use of Information: The information collected is used for the purpose of enhancing the functionality of the platform, improving user experience, and ensuring the proper functioning of training and assessment processes. GIP may also use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical and statistical purposes.

6. Platform Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately to kamal@sscgj.in.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green India Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.


8. Termination

Green India Portal reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access to the platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.
