Skill Council for Green Jobs offers certification programs to empower trainers, assessors, and master trainers. These programs are designed to meet the evolving needs of the industry and are mentioned below –
Training of Trainer (TOT)
The Training of Trainer (TOT) program is a certification course tailored for trainers who aim to excel in delivering training sessions under various schemes of PMKVY & Non-PMKVY. This comprehensive program equips trainers with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively train candidates and make a positive impact on the green job sector.
The cost of each TOT is INR 10,000/- which the trainer has to pay through the platform while enrolling in the training program.
Training of Assessor (TOA)
Our Training of Assessor (TOA) program is designed for assessors who play a crucial role in evaluating candidates under different schemes of PMKVY & Non-PMKVY. This certification ensures that assessors are proficient in assessing candidates accurately, contributing to the overall success of the training programs.
The cost of each TOA is INR 10,000/- which the assessor or the assessment agency (on behalf of assessor) has to pay through the platform while enrolling in the training program.
Training of Master Trainer (TOMT)
The Training of Master Trainer (TOMT) program is aimed at master trainers responsible for training other trainers and conducting TOTs/TOAs. This certification enhances their skills, enabling them to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of green job training.
The cost of each TOT is INR 10,000/- which the master trainer has to pay through the platform while enrolling in the training program.
Batch Assessment
Once candidates undergo training, the Batch Assessment is a critical step in validating their skills. Each assessment is assigned to Assessment Agencies, which then allocate a qualified Assessor (having completed TOA) for evaluating the candidates. This ensures that the certification process is rigorous and meets industry standards.
The cost of assessment for all the candidates in a batch is paid by the training partner and is calculated on the basis of the scheme under which the batch has been created multiplied by the number of students. Example – If the batch is RPL then the total assessment fees to be paid by the training partner is equals to the assessment fees under the scheme * number of candidates.
